Hamburger Soup


2 cans Campbell's Tomato Soup
1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c onion
shredded carrot
salt, pepper to taste

Brown meat, onion, carrot and salt and pepper. Add cans of soup (NO WATER). Bring to a boil. Serve. I like to add grated cheddar, but tasty without.

Everyone eats this but the seven year old. Super easy, super fast. I brown my hamburger with onion, salt and pepper and bag it up and freeze it right after I buy it. So this meal is simply a "dump meal". I dump all the ingredients into a pot and heat it up. I have thought about a can of corn or some barley, but haven't done it yet.
